Notify on availabilityFenix FD41, the second model in the impressive Fenix focusing series offers spot to flood focusing of its powerful 900 lumen beam in a tough, water proof (2 metres depth) and dust proof (IP68) Tactical form factor suitable for both hand held and weapon mounted use. The Cree XP-L HI LED and high efficiency lens deliver a wide 81 degree flood angle, focusable to a far reaching 340 metre spot light using the head mounted rotary focusing ring.
FD41 features a Tactical tail switch that offers both momentary and constant-on functions, paired with a premium stainless steel side button that switches between four brightness settings and Strobe. A mode memory function remembers your last used brightness level next time you switch on and FD41's advanced driver circuit provides both a timer step down to high brightness after 5 minutes in Turbo Mode and temperature sensing brightness reduction (temporarily reduces output at 55 deg C) to protect your investment from thermal damage.
Fenix FD41 torch can be powered by 2 x CR123a lithium batteries or a single 18650 Li-ion rechargeable battery.

Further Info
Dual-protection Function:
Time control: The light will downshift from Turbo to High after 5 working minutes.
Heat control: The light will accumulate a lot of heat when used at Turbo output level for extended periods. When the light reaches a temperature of 55℃ or above, it will automatically step down by a few lumens to reduce temperature. When the temperature drops below 55℃, the output will go back up.
