For Opinel’s 125th anniversary, the commemorative knife comes from a creative contest that appealed to the talent of Opinel lovers. The winner, Mathieu Gazaix, wished to honour Opinel’s mountain roots and the very strong memories that this small pocket knife means to all of them, as a legacy passed from generation to generation. The illustration made with a blue ballpoint pen matches with the Opinel values: simplicity and expertise.

The special edition knife has a hornbeam handle with sublime decoration, Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel blade and is supplied in a gift box. This is a special edition knife and therefore stock is limited. LIMITED EDITION - Only 12,500 pieces
