Lithium ion batteries can exhibit reduced capacity as temperature drops below 0 deg C. The ARB-L18-2900L is designed to operate in temperatures as low as -40 deg C and at -30 deg C will still retain at least 2000mAh capacity at 580mAh discharge rate (0.2C).
